Doheny to his son, Ned, in 1926. Construction on the mansion began in 1927 and took almost three years to complete. Hours and Tickets

The Greystone Mansion grounds are open to the public daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., with extended hours available during the summer. While access to the grounds is free, there is a $10 fee per person for touring the mansion. Self-guided tours are available on the first Saturday or Sunday of each month from January to November. Reservations can be made online in advance.
