Situated about 20 miles south of Portland in the town of Old Orchard Beach, Palace Playland is New England's only beachfront amusement park. This 5-acre amusement park is an excellent destination for family fun.

The park boasts a 24,000-square-foot arcade featuring more than 200 games, including popular options like Skee Ball and air hockey. Palace Playland offers rides for all ages, ensuring fun for the entire family. Younger visitors can enjoy kiddie rides such as a carousel and spinning tea cups, while older kids and adults can experience the park's thrilling rides, including the Sea Viper roller coaster.

Palace Playland's arcade is open from mid-April to mid-October, while the amusement rides operate from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day. It's important to note that the hours of operation vary depending on the day, weather conditions, and attendance.

Ticket Information

Ride tickets range from two to five tickets per ride. For those planning to spend the entire day at the park, one-day passes are available. Prices start at $50 for adults and children who are 48 inches or taller, and $41 for visitors shorter than 48 inches. Please note that arcade prices vary by game and are not included in the park passes.
